Booking Policies

Cancellations 

Cancellations are FREE if made within 48 hours of your appointment. However, if you cancel on the same day, you will be charged 100% of the booked service. 

No Call No Show 

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the service you booked. Additionally, you will not be able to schedule any future appointments. 

Late Arrival 

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and any deposits made will be forfeited. 

Deposits and Accepted Payment Methods
A non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your appointment. This deposit will be subtracted from the total service cost. After you book, you will receive a confirmation for your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of service.

No Extra Guests Allowed

We regret to inform you that, due to space constraints, an additional guest cannot accompany you for the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Declined Cards / Insufficient Funds

Appointments will be cancelled if the card on file is declined, and no future bookings will be accepted.
